• Usage data — pages visited and campaign source (via UTM parameters), collected through Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up about properties you're interested in.
• To notify our team in real time when you submit a lead, so we can respond quickly.
• To send you updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp — you can turn any of these off individually from My Account → Settings.
• To show your saved favorites, enquiry history and reviews when you're signed in.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors to the site.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the service providers that run the site on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage) and Google (sign-in and analytics). If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices

• Update your name, phone or photo any time from My Account → Settings.

We keep enquiry and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, respond to you, and meet legal obligations.

Children
